She was predeceased by: her father Elijah Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Eleanor Halcomb Flathers of Danville; her children, Bobby Risku and Heather Risku of Indianapolis; her siblings, David Lewis of Martinsville, Lori Hayden of Indianapolis and Lisa McMichael of Sheridan; and her granddaughter Aubree Risku.
