He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Jeremy Steinway (Kelly) and Mandy Steinway; his stepson Matthew Blackmore; his grandchildren, Justin Steinway, Audri Steinway, Jacob Steinway and Ryland Steinway; and his siblings, Brenda Hook (Marlin), Timothy Steinway (Kim) and Julie Gott (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
