She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Lee and Mary Effie Wooldridge (White); and her husband Donald J. Davis. She is survived by : her daughters, Susan G. Gerard (Jeff) of Delphi and Sharon Ann Bergman (Ronald) of West Liberty, OH; her brothers, Larry Wooldridge (Judy) of Monticello and Wilbur Wooldridge of San Bernardino, CA; and her granddaughters, Beth King (Neil), Amy Burkhart (Jim) and Jeanne Mercer (Todd). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
