She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Shockley and Mildred Fair Shockley; her daughters, Phyllis (Jack McCarty), Pamela (James Land) and Peggy (Pearl Speakman); and her sisters-in-law, Maxine Brewer of Monticello and Doris Lane of Lafayette. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, & 2 great great grandchildren.
