She is survived by: her sons, David De Leeuw (Elaine) of Tarpon Springs, FL and Jack De Leeuw (Denise) of Highland, Indiana.; her siblings, Grace Auwerda of Highland, IN, Henry "Hank" Auwerda (Judy) of DeMotte, IN, Karen Parker (Gregory) of DeMotte, IN, Trudy Boss (Wayne) of Wheatfield, IN, Jacalyn Needles (William) of Wheatfield, IN, Kathleen Ference (Harry) of DeMotte, IN and Lorraine Auwerda of Highland, IN; her sister-in-law Patricia Zandstra; her granddaughters, Mary and Sophia De Leeuw; and her stepgranddaughters, Michelle Damore and Lindsey Stammis (Curtis).
