He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sytsma and Jacoba "Coby" Sytsma (Hoogeveen); his son Clay Sytsma; and his brother Scott Sytsma. He is survived by: his wife Tina Sytsma; his daughters, Amber Padilla (Dustin) and Sarah Sytsma (Trinh Nguyen); his stepdaughter Kayla Sipe; and his brothers, Steve Sytsma (Joyce), Michael Sytsma (Wendy), Brian Sytsma (Mary) and Daniel Sytsma (Kathryn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
