He is survived by : his wife Ann Armbruster Ashburn of Deputy, Indiana; his children, Jennifer "Jen" Ashburn (Jason Irwin) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Christopher "Chris" Ashburn of Bloomington, Indiana; his grandchildren, Kalyn and Jackson Ashburn of Solsberry, Indiana; his sisters, Patty Osburn (Jim) of Fairbanks and Linda Gootee (Jim) of Santa Claus, Indiana; his stepchildren, John Bruns of Madison, Joni Glauber of Carrollton and Jill Marsh of Madison, Indiana; and his stepgrandchildren, Ann Kay, William Andrew, Jessica Ann, Jaclyn Shea, Jamie Leigh, John Logan, Melody Ann, Robert Mitchell and Matthew Charles. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
