She was predeceased by : her parents, Hubert C. "Pop" Keithley, Sr. and Marjorie "Marge" Lou Hannan Keithley; her half-sister Judith A. Keithley; and her great-grandparent Sadie Hannan. She is survived by : her husband Steven Thomas "Steve" Henry of Deputy, Indiana; her children, Charlie Henry (Christy) of Mishawaka, Andy Henry (Kaylan Hendrix) of Scottsburg, Indiana, Anne Stidham of Madison and Jessie Freeman (Matt) of Boulder City, Nevada; her grandchildren, Ashlie Stidham, Bailey Holcomb, Otis Freeman and Caroline Freeman; her pet Cooper; her siblings, Hubert "Butch" Keithley (Linda) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Marcie J. Keithley of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Gray of Deputy, Judy Hamilton of Hartford City, Rosemary Tindall and Howard Henry (Kathy) of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and best friends.
