He is survived by : his wife Beverly Cruz (Spencer); his children, Aleta Cruz of New Albany, Indiana, Benjamin Cruz of Louisville and Joshua Cruz of Sellersburg, Indiana; his sister Emily Beth Cruz of Columbus, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Miles Hoffer and Lorelei Cruz.
