He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Oestermyer and Evelyn Oestermyer (Butler); his son Vincent Oestermyer; and his sister Virginia Monroe. He is survived by: his spouse Jeanette Hakes; his daughter Deborah (Richard); his grandchildren, Richard Rennier, Wanatah, Lisa Rennier and Portage; his brother Gene (Marcie Oestermyer); Dugger and Lubbock.
