Ted Walter Cook Sr. Obituary

He was predeceased by : his parents, Berthel Lee and Beulah Cook (Butler). He is survived by : his wife Bernice Cook of Dunreith; his children, Nida Foster (Steve) of Dunreith, Ted, Jr. Cook (Nancy) of Dunreith and Lorena Hasty (David) of Richmond; his grandson David Elijah Hasty of Richmond; and his siblings, Stanley Cook of Richmond and Lorene Hamilton (Bob) of New Castle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
