It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Bills of Dunreith, Indiana, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on June 1, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Marcus Ramsey and Helen Ramsey (Floyd); her former life partner J. Thomas Moore; her husband George Bills; her son Steve Moore; and her son-in-law Jim Wasson II.

She is survived by : her daughters, Diana Gross (Tom) of Spiceland and Sharon Wasson of Greenfield; and her grandchildren, Steve Carter (Amy) of Knightstown, Ryan Gross (Emily) of Hagerstown, Kelly Burkhardt (Chris) of Chattanooga, TN and Kyle Gross (Natalie) of Dunreith. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
