He is survived by: his mother-in-law Linda Kay (Meagher); his wife Linda K. Kellogg of Hartford City; his son Charles Jacob "C. J."; his granddaughter Paisley Mae Shafer; and his siblings, Marsha S. Kellogg of Delphos, L. Edward Kellogg of Portland, Robert E. Kellogg of Kiln, MS, Joseph W. Kellogg (Ivy) of Huntington, Rev. Jonathon F. Kellogg (Karla) of Hartford City, Angela D. Copeland (Paul) of Williston, ND and Kaylynn N. Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
