He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Benjamin and Lydia Bos Benjamin. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bos; his sons, Jonathan (Brandi) and Steven (Tina); his grandchildren, Brian, Trevor and Ryan; and his sister Darlene Fennema (Robert).
