She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Wanda; her stepfather John; her husband Carl; her grandson Joshua Tulk; her brother-in-law Ralph; and her nephews, Michael and Kevin Grochowski.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Leahy (Daniel), Darlene Wozniak-Tulk, Carl Wozniak and Michelle Noga (Tom); her grandchildren, Kyle, Krysten, Ryan, Lauryn Leahy, Jordan, Paige Tulk, Julianne and Jenna Noga; and her siblings, Eloise Grochowski and Edward Bernat (Jean). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
