Wozniak (Dyer, Indiana), born in Dolton, Illinois, who passed away on December 29, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Wozniak and Gene Wozniak; his grandson Joshua Tulk; and his brother Butch Wozniak. He is survived by: his wife Bonita; his children, Carole Leahy (Daniel), Darlene Wozniak-Tulk, Carl Wozniak and Michelle Noga (Tom); his grandchildren, Kyle, Krysten, Ryan, Lauryn Leahy, Jordan, Paige Tulk, Julianne and Jenna Noga; and his siblings, Joan Martin (Tom) and Casey Wozniak (Elizabeth). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Diabetes Foundation in his memory would be appreciated.
