He is survived by: his spouse Ami Cichon; his children, Jaxson, Julia, Sophie, Madelyn and Anna; his stepchild Emma Fahler; his parent Cynthia Lowrie; his siblings, Apryl Cichon (Joe Laviolette), Heidi Rathjen (Jeremy), Ashley Evans (J. C.), Tyler Warth (Peyton) and Holly Warth; his parents-in-law, Jerri Dust and Ed Dust; his sibling-in-law Mark Dust (Annette); and his adoptive parents, Brad Wildman and Julie Wildman.
