He is survived by: his wife Betty Campbell; his children, Gail Lesniewski (John), Dan Campbell (Linda), Cindy Calabrese and Dave Campbell; and his sisters, Joyce Rice, Juanita Fazekas, Patricia Cooper (Raymond) and Peggy Starnes (Tommy). He is also survived by 10 grandsons; 11 great grandchildren.
