He is survived by: his children, Gerald Ziemkiewicz, Jr. (Jennifer) and Deanna McDunn (William); his former wife Pamela Ziemkiewicz; his grandchildren, William, Amy, Steven, Michael, Samuel, Taylor and Kyle; his brother Michael Ziemkiewicz (Ann); and his brother-in-law Smith Aguilar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the JDRF-Illinois Chapter (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation 1 North LaSalle St. Suite 1200 Chicago, IL 60602) in Jerry's memory would be appreciated.
