With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Dvojacki (Dyer, Indiana), who passed away on October 3, 2019 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dvojacki and Martha Dvojacki. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheldon Dvojacki, Margaret Oar (Larry Sr.), Secundino Dvojacki (Elizabeth) and Belinda Pickens (Billy). He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
John would be honored by any donation to the Dementia Society of America.
