With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Olenik (Dyer, Indiana), born in East Chicago, Indiana, who passed away on October 10, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas J. Olenik; her parents, Joseph Belovich and Julia Belovich; her sisters, Anna Sroga (late Tom) and Vernie Bobowski (late Eddie); and her grandson Mark Olenik.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Olenik (Linda) and Karen Fano (Mike); her brother Joseph Belovich (late Bernice); and her grandsons, Donny Olenik (Lana), Brian Olenik (Julie), Jeff Olenik (Michelle), Mike Fano (Colleen) and Nick Fano.
Memorials may be made to Harbor Light Hospice or St. Catherine of Siena Church.
