She is survived by: her husband Benjamin; her parents, Tom Mantis and Ellen Mantis; her sisters, Corrie Mantis (Jason Dykstra) and Hayley Mantis; her siblings' children, Cole, Jackson, Adrianna, Makayla and Zalina; her parent-in-law Paul; her brother-in-law Anthony Garland; her grandmother Jean Adams; and her pets, Dexter and Seth.
