She was predeceased by: her husband Albin E. Ziemkowski; her parents, John Owczarzak and Margaret Owczarzak; and her sisters, Marion Marks, Tillie Slaughter and Lorraine Allison.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Ziemkowski of Dyer and Michael Ziemkowski (Mary) of St. John; her granddaughter Melissa; her great grandchild Nicole; and also Hoffman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
