He is survived by: his children, Mario Del Sangro, Nicola "Nick" Del Sangro (Dawn) and Linda Tomasello; his grandchildren, Brianna, Julia, Nicholas and Alex Del Sangro; and his sibling Giuseppe Del Sangro. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
