It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Alvarez (Dyer, Indiana), born in Whiting, Indiana, who passed away on July 6, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Aniceto Alvarez and Blanche Alvarez. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his children, Aniceto Alvarez III, Robert Jr. Alvarez (Jenn Kirk), Susie Krajewski and Jerilyn Mayhak; his granddaughter Gia; and his siblings, Carmen Vinas (Charlie), MaryLou Neubauer, Connie Guzzo (Sam), Gloria Alvarez, Rick Alvarez, John Alvarez (Bonnie), Janie Santoy (Ruben), Annette Alvarez and Julie Alvarez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers donations to the family would be appreciated.
