He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Blake (Holland); his children, Cathryn and Sean; his brothers, Steven, Paul (Kathy) and David; his mother-in-law Marie Holland; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Holland (Patty), Liz Jones (Mike) and Becky Miner (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
