He is survived by: his wife Josephine Hart (Bayerle); his children, Thomas Jr. Hart (Carrie), Terri Zovko (Richard), Karl Hart, Kristine Massei (John) and Donald Hart (Diane); his grandchildren, Eric Hart (Sara), Nicole Rivera (Diego), Christopher Zovko, Alison Zovko, Morgan Massei, Kyle Hart, Zoe Hart and Jena Hart; his great grandchildren, Aaron, Sophie, Greyson Hart, Audrina Rivera and Madison Rivera; his sister Gerrie Adamczyk (Terry Johnson); his siblings-in-law, Darlene Spierowski and Robert Spierowski; and his sibling's children, Tracie Adamczyk, Tim Adamczyk and Darryl Gralewski.
