Though Miguel may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Miguel touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his father Miguel Perez. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Perez (Castañeda); his sister Caroline Lekic (Niko); and his nephews, Marko and Niko Lekic. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Catholic Charities would be appreciated.
