He is survived by: his children, Jesse Cruz (Jessica), Michael Cruz (Paola), Stephanie Ornelas (Saul Avila) and Bonita Ornelas; his grandchildren, Elijah Cruz, Max Cruz, Amelia Cruz, Araceli Ornelas, Zitlali Avila, Aliyah White, Zachary Cruz and Jonathan Cruz; and his mother Herminia Cepeda (Juan). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
