He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Lewis and Lelia Bell Johnson (Meredith); his wife Barbara Ellen Johnson (Shaw); his daughter Rebecca Lynn Wornika; and his brother David L. Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Jamie Johnson; his grandsons, Josh, David, Luke and Jacob; and his siblings, Gaynell Goodwin, Rita Mayo, Rollie and John.
