He was predeceased by : his parents, Eli Kohlmeyer and Bertha Kohlmeyer (Libbert); his son Jon Warren Kohlmeyer; his siblings, Dorothy Breeden, Leona Englehardt, Norma Jean Engler, Wilfred Kohlmeyer and Floyd Kohlmeyer; and his uncle Harold Kohlmeyer.

He is survived by : his wife Linda; his daughters, Amy Greene (Brian) and Leslie Bacus (Terry, Jr.); his grandchildren, Katherine Lindsay Greene and Evan Warren Greene; and his brother Roger Kohlmeyer.
