He was predeceased by: his parents, William Plump and Marie Plump (Noelke); and his siblings, Bill Plump and Mary Ann Goedde. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Plump (Neale); his daughters, Karen Marie McDermott (Johnathan) of Evansville and Kathryn Lee Osborne (David) of Mt. Vernon; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Anne Huff, Clayton Joseph Huff, Emily Raye Osborne, Megan Lee Osborne and Abigail Kathryn Osborne.
