He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Whipker Sr. and Goldie Beryl Talley Whipker; his wife Coral Mae; and his siblings, Herschel, Halford, Perry Don, Paul, David Whipker, Elizabeth McKinney and Margaret Volland.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Whipker (Patty) of Elizabethtown, Brian Whipker (Linda) of Cary and Naomi Creekmore (David) of Elizabethtown; his brothers, Harry Whipker of Columbus, Elmer Whipker Jr. of Columbus and Alan Whipker (Karen) of Columbus; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Whipker of Hope and Mary Virginia Covington of Atlanta, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Matt Harden (Carla), Tyler Harden, Josh Whipker (Christine), Kyle Whipker (Miranda), Benjamin Whipker, Jeremy Whipker, Missy Davidson (Bo), Heather Hartsman (Luke) and Kristy Fritsch (Jeff). He is also survived by 16 great- grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in honor of Bennie.
