We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2019 we had to say goodbye to David Lee Fields (Elizabethtown, Indiana). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his children, Timothy Fields and Lory Fields; and his siblings, LroyFields and Alice Hiatt. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughters, Tess Carroll (Tim), Anna Smith and Misti Smith (Terry); and his siblings, Lawrence Fields and Etta Frazier. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana .
