She was predeceased by: her husband Roger B. Collins; her parents, Elmer Greathouse and Laura Mable Greathouse; and her siblings, Jerry Crider, Larry Greathouse and Linda Carol Greathouse.
She is survived by: her daughter Gwen Collins (Greg Challies) of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Skyler Collins and Leilah Littiken of Elizabethtown; her siblings, Ron Greathouse of Columbus, Janice Simmons (Henley) of Columbus, Retha Greathouse of Columbus and Becky Hoang (Curt Barger) of Columbus; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Collins (Charlie McIntosh) of Maysville, Kentucky, Shelby Collins of Blackey, Larry Collins (Catherine) of Lexington and Randall Collins (Teresa) of Richmond, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
