Luke); her brothers, Jason Simmons (Misti), Jacob Rushford, Justin Rushford, Joshua Henrickson (Christina) and Jordan Henrickson (Diana); her stepmother Peggy Simmons; and her parents-in-law, Bonnie McCavitt and Michael McCavitt, Jr..
