With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita Rodgers of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Niles, Michigan, who passed away on April 29, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Frucci and Nellie Frucci (Eckler). She is survived by: her husband Peter A. Rodgers; her children, Peter M. Rodgers (Beth Whitted) of Bexley, Mark A. Rodgers (Patricia) of LaPorte, John A. Rodgers (Ji Yeon) and Julia Van Arsdale (Guy) of Waterville, Maine; her sisters, Mary Lou McCormick of Winston-Salem, NC, Phyllis Koenigshof (Roger) of Alpharetta, GA and Karen Wise (Douglas) of Niles, MI.; her grandchildren, Zach (Randi), Jeff (Angela), Sierra (Chris), Peter, Christopher (Megan) and Jennifer; and her great grandchildren, Luna and Barton. She is also survived by relatives and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, guests may opt to send memorial donations in Anita's name to Wellfield Botanic Gardens (Elkhart), Center for Hospice Care (Mishawaka) or St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (Elkhart.).
