She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Shaffer and Ida Shaffer (Kern); her husband Robert S. "Bob" Cook; her sons, Tony Cook and Michael Kent Hyser; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Shaffer, Lucille Garton and Doris Durr.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Hyser (Ken Shepherd), Tim Hyser, Steve Cook (Cathy), Sue Hartough (Ken), Kathy Perron (Jim) and Karen Marks (Bill); and her sister Nancy Barger. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
