He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Blough and Joy Blough (Nifong); his daughter Angela Jeffery; and his granddaughters, Sara and Kaitlyn Jeffery.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Yoder (Dan) of Goshen and Ruth Thompson (Ricci) of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Emily, Brody, Sadie, Camron, Gabrielle and Karena; his siblings, David Blough (Connie) of Bristol and Dawn White of Bristol; and also Mary L. White.
