He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Smalley and Winifred Smalley (Swick); and his brother Jack Smalley of Kokomo, IN.. He is survived by: his wife Joan Smalley (Manges); and his children, Gregory, Jennifer, Tracy and Susanne.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Greg's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation.
