She was predeceased by: her husband William "Leo" Haggard; her parents, Buford Sissom and Gladys Sissom (Overturf); and her siblings, Peggy Fults (Alvin), Cathy Albert (John), Beverly Kash (Steve) and Leon Sissom.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Greenlee (Stephen) and Gretchen Neely (Mike); her grandchildren, Amy Gatman (Dave), Monica Beane, Jeff Bussard (Andrea), Stacie Petty (Matt), Will, Ally Berens, Drew, Carter Gatman, Sydney, Spencer Beane, Chelsea, Chase Bussard, Morgan and Sam Petty; and her siblings, Joyce Gordy, Nancy Frost (Mel), Jonny Sissom, Keith Sissom and Debbie Leinhart (Ken).
