She is survived by: her mother Mary Elizabeth Clemons (Allen); her stepmother Ottis Clemons (Patricia) of Elkhart; and her siblings, Melinda Clemons of Lexington, KY, Patricia Bowling (Virgil) of Jackson, KY, Katie Suggs (Anthony) of Elkhart, IN., Ottis Clemons (Alisa) of Jackson, KY, Jason Hicks (Jamie) of Elkhart, IN and Brian Hicks of Denver, CO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
