With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Bruggner of Elkhart, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on November 30, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Theodore F. Deafenbaugh. She is survived by: her mother Ruby E. Deafenbaugh of Elkhart; her husband Steve Bruggner; her children, Amanda Rospopo (Michael) of Elkhart and Jeffrey Whitmer of Florida; her grandchildren, Stephanie Phillips of Bristol, Joshua Phillips of Bristol, Chase Klein of Elkhart, Angie Whitmer of Florida, Kim Whitmer of Florida and Richie Whitmer of Florida; and her brother Ted Deafenbaugh of Elkhart. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
