He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. "Sonny" and Katie Ruttschaw Waite (Freeze); his daughter Michelle Lyerla; and his brother Ron Ruttschaw. He is survived by: his wife Linda S. (Mattix); and his children, Howard (Lesley), Andrea, Daphne, Debbie, Donna Ruttschaw and Pam Emerson (Henry). He is also survived by great grandchildren, as well as loving extended family and friends.
