He is survived by: his close friend Angela Humphrey of Elkhart; his siblings, Roger Ellsworth of Elkhart, Carrie Condy of Elkhart and Evander Elztroth (Micheala) of Elkhart; his children, Amanda Davis of Elkhart, Kayla Ellsworth (Daven Barnett) of Elkhart, Darrell Ellsworth Jr. of Texas, Jordyn Ellsworth of Elkhart and Autumn Ellsworth of Syracuse; his stepchildren, Braylen Phelps of Elkhart, Serenity Phelps of Elkhart and Makenzie Blodgett of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Kaylianna Ellsworth of Elkhart, Daven Barnett of Elkhart, Kaiven Barnett of Elkhart, Brooks Davis of Elkhart, Ashaelah Elaine of Texas and Watkins of Arizona; and his close friend Robert Green. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
