He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wyckoff and Mary Wyckoff; his siblings, Elizabeth Oetzel, Clara Niblack, Grace McCoy and Edward Wyckoff; his wife Joyce Lee Wyckoff; and his siblings' children, Carol Walker and David Niblack.
He is survived by: his brother Arthur Wyckoff of Peoria, Illinois.; his children, Mark Wyckoff of Sparta Tennessee, Brad Wyckoff (Holly) of South Bend and Marla Neal (Stanley) of Sparta, Tennessee.; and his grandchildren, Kristen Wyckoff, Stacy Waddell (Josh), Sarah Wyckoff, Haylee Wyckoff, Lucas Wyckoff, Shelby Neal and Davis Neal.
