He was predeceased by: his parent Catherine Helmuth; and his sister Joanna Lay. He is survived by: his wife Deb Helmuth; his sons, Sean Helmuth (Renee) and Jason Helmuth (Stephanie Fisher); his grandchildren, Kayla Fisher, Braden Henderson, Caleb Helmuth, Brenna Evans, Taylor Helmuth, Jayse Helmuth and Shiloh Helmuth; and his sister Cindy Carrick.
