He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his sons, Dane Orth, Devin Orth, Alexander Orth (Nicole) and Donovon Orth (Kimberly Scribner); and his siblings, Debbie Roush (Don), Wendy Whaley (George), Marie Shane (Kenyon), Marylea Mitchell and Paul Orth (Susanne). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunt and uncles.
