It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris O'Brien of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Edwardsburg, Michigan, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Oaks and Rosa Oaks (Kreischer); her former husband Frank Krawiec; her husband William O'Brien; her sons, David and Jeffrey Krawiec; her stepdaughter Patricia; and her siblings, Vern, Sam, Lawrence Oaks, Anna and Evelyn.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Krawiec (Rita) of Sanford, MI, Sharon Brown of Elkhart, Carol Pessefall (Dan) of Elkhart and Steve Krawiec (Melanie) of Oshkosh, WI; her daughter-in-law Deb Krawiec of Elkhart; her stepsons, Timothy O'Brien (Lesa) of Elkhart and Daniel O'Brien of New Castle, IN; her stepson-in-law Kimothy Moser; and her stepgrandson Anthony O'Brien (Meghan) of Maryland. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
