She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Jacox and Marvel Jacox (McDonald); her former husband Albert Nowicki; her husband Joseph Procaccino; her brother Roger; and her grandson Michael Kempf.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Kempf (Carl) of Phoenix, AZ, Stephen Nowicki (Sharon) of Henderson, NV, Theresa Bollinger (David) of Granger, IN and Thomas Nowicki (Kathy) of Elkhart, IN; and her grandchildren, Andrew Nowicki (Maggie), Alyssa Mikev (Tyler) and Nicholas Bollinger.
